Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SFM Springfield Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services
SFM Springfield Masonry provides masonry contractor services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney work, tuckpointing, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and related masonry services. All services are subject to availability and will be provided in accordance with our standard business practices.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if conditions differ from what was initially assessed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or estimate. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your service agreement.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing for your project. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Project Changes and Cancellations
Changes to the scope of work must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and stage of the project.
Liability
SFM Springfield Masonry carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. While we take every precaution to protect your property during our work, our liability is limited to the terms specified in your service agreement. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed.
Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to secure any pets during our work hours. We maintain a safe work environment and follow all applicable safety regulations. If we determine that site conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to stop work until the conditions are corrected.
Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and materials created by SFM Springfield Masonry remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or use our designs for other projects without our permission.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter informally, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
